We're Sofueled - a technology studio delivering web applications, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and engineering solutions to clients across geographies. We're building out our sales function and need someone who can own the pipeline - from finding the right prospect to closing the deal.
What You'll Do
- Identify and build a prospect pipeline across IT services
- Run outreach independently across email, LinkedIn, and calls - research your targets, craft your message, follow through
- Map client requirements to our service offerings and position value convincingly
- Own the sales cycle - first contact, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, and closure
- Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene - statuses, next steps, forecasts
- Hand off closed accounts cleanly to the delivery team
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions
- Proven ability to independently source and close deals - not just qualify leads
- An existing network within startups, product companies, or tech procurement teams is a strong advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication - you can write a cold email that gets a reply
- Short or immediate notice period strongly preferred
What This Role Is Not
- A role where leads are assigned to you
- A large-team environment with dedicated SDRs doing top-of-funnel work
- Suitable for candidates without prior IT services sales experience
