We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Intern 

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, willing to learn, and not afraid to try. If you’ve never done sales before but like talking to people, figuring things out, and want real-world exposure, this is for you.

You’ll crush this if you:

• Have great communication skills  (written + spoken)
• Aren’t afraid to jump into conversations and learn on the go
• Are curious and enjoy understanding how businesses work
• Can stay consistent with follow-ups (this matters a LOT)
• Like working independently but also enjoy being part of a team
• Are hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow quickly

What you’ll actually do:

• Research industries and understand what businesses need (yes, some detective work involved)
• Identify and connect with the right decision-makers
• Write personalized outreach messages that feel human (not robotic)
• Assist in starting conversations and setting up meetings
• Join calls, learn how to pitch, and gradually take ownership
• Follow up with leads and help move conversations forward
