Collection Co-Ordinator - Bibwewadi

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection Co-Ordinator in Bibwewadi to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire collections process, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Coordinate with various departments to confirm details related to outstanding accounts.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to encourage timely payments.
• Analyze accounts to identify delinquent debtors and prioritize collection activities.
• Prepare and send out collection letters and notices in a timely manner.
• Resolve inquiries and disputes from clients regarding their accounts.
• Monitor and track payments to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports on collection activities and provide insights for improvement.
• Implement best practices in collection processes to optimize efficiency.
• Support team members in achieving collective goals and targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in collections, finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and compliance regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent certification.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with financial software.
