We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Client Services & Customer Support intern to join South Attleboro Girls Recreation Association. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects that directly impact the organization's mission of providing quality recreational programs for girls in the community.

As a Junior Client Services & Customer Support intern, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is vital to our organization as it helps us build strong connections with our clients and ensures their needs are met effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist clients with registration for recreational programs
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
  • Provide support during events and programs organized by the association
  • Assist in updating and maintaining client databases
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve services
