Accounts Payable Supervisor / Lead - (SAP AP)

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Lead to play a key role in our AP operations. This individual will be instrumental in the implementation of our new GEP system while providing leadership and expertise across the AP function.

The client is looking for a seasoned professional to help with the implementation of the new GEP system. They would like some experience with SAP AP. If you have a background in SAP Accounts Payable and a passion for improving processes, this is a chance to step into a visible role that could transition into a permanent full-time position.

LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080
POSITION: Contract to Hire
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM - Onsite
PAY RANGE: $38.46hr (80k)

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day AP activities while supporting the GEP system implementation
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth system rollout and process alignment
• Apply your AP and SAP expertise to streamline workflows and resolve issues
• Mentor and guide the AP team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in AP operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an AP Supervisor, Lead, or Senior Specialist
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Accounts Payable
• Familiarity with system implementations, ideally GEP or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to roll up your sleeves
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
