LOCATION: 100% Travel - Remote - Road Warrior
TYPE: Direct Hire
SCHEDULE: 3-4 weeks on the road, one week off work
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- As a Commercial HVAC Foreman, you’ll lead and execute full-scope HVAC replacement projects including:
- Install commercial rooftop units, adapter curbs, gas piping, electrical disconnect/reconnect, controls/EMS/life safety wiring, condensate systems, and more
- Oversee crane lifts and unit setting
- Ensure strict jobsite safety compliance for your entire crew
- Manage a field team of 4–6 technicians, including timekeeping and task coordination
- Read and interpret blueprints and site drawings at a high level
- Maintain professional communication with clients and office staff
- Operate and/or gain certification in:
- MEWP
- Telehandler Forklift
- Crane Rigger/Signal Person
- OSHA-10
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC install experience
- 2+ Foreman, Journeyman, Management, Supervisory, Lead or Senior level experience
- Hands-on expertise with rooftop units, adapter curbs, electrical work, and safety compliance
- Ability to obtain state-required licenses (Journeyman where applicable)
- Strong communication and mobile device proficiency
- Willingness to work 60–70 hours/week during projects
- 100% Travel Required
- Valid Driver’s License & dependable driving record
