Senior Recruiter 

We are seeking an experienced Contract Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a variety of roles. This individual will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.

  • Open to candidates in the Atlanta or Fort Worth area. This would be a hybrid role, with the contractor coming onsite 2-3 days a week. 


PAY RATE: 50.00hr 
HOURS: 8:00am to 5pm / Onsite 2-3 days a week
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA 30342 or Fort Worth, TX
POSITION: Contract 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networking
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for a wide range of professional-level roles, up to and including executive-level positions
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement through thoughtful, personalized messaging
  • Perform preliminary candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists to recruiters, providing clear notes, insights, and recommendations
  • Partner closely with recruiters to align on role priorities, market insights, and pipeline health
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process


Basic Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role
  • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across technology and/ or sales roles 
  • Strong experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a contract-based environment


Preferred Qualifications 

  • 5 years of experience in talent sourcing
  • 2 years of experience in hiring manager collaboration 
  • Knowledge of labor markets, sourcing trends, and best practices 
  • Experience supporting executive-level hiring, including sourcing and engaging senior leaders
