As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, assist with transactions, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our goal of delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding our real estate and mortgage services
- Assist customers with the application process and documentation
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills

Requirements
