Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily schedules for team members
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients

  • Conduct research and gather information for projects
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with real estate or mortgage terminology is a plus
