StepOne Neurodiversity Services LLC is looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Wexford. This full-time, remote position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to kickstart their career in the hospital and healthcare industry.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and patient coordination operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for families and internal staff, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient scheduling in a virtual healthcare environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,800 - $85,900 annually, along with a supportive work environment focused on growth and development.

Compensation:

Pay: Based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Bonuses: $500 - $3,000 Employee Referral Program bonuses for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office communications and correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintain and update client records and files
  • Prepare and distribute reports and documents
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new staff members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
