Stone Logistics Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Transcriber to join our growing team in Orlando. This part-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to support our logistics and procurement operations by accurately converting audio recordings into written documents.

As a Transcriber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clear communication and documentation within the company. Your contributions will help facilitate efficient processes and improve overall productivity. We are committed to fostering a collaborative work environment and offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $26 to $32.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written documents
• Review and edit transcripts for clarity and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with team members to understand transcription needs
• Ensure timely delivery of completed transcripts
• Utilize transcription software and tools effectively
• Stay organized and manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously
• Provide feedback on audio quality and suggest improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent listening and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with transcription software is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics and procurement terminology is preferred
• Previous transcription experience is a plus but not required
