About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to join a global organization headquartered in downtown Toronto. This role will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems. You’ll be part of a team supporting over 1,600 global users, ensuring seamless connections across platforms while addressing performance challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external/internal systems (e.g., CRM, banking, vendor applications)
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing integration components to reduce latency and improve performance
- Support Workday HR and Finance modules, ensuring stability and scalability
- Conduct testing, performance tuning, and ongoing support of the Workday tenant
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver integration solutions that meet organizational needs
What You Bring
- Proven experience with Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) and integration tools (EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT and SQL
- Hands-on experience developing Workday integrations end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to commute to downtown Toronto 2–3 days per week

- Experience resolving Workday API latency issues
- Familiarity with integration infrastructure (SSO, Okta, etc.)
- Workday certifications
