Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• Sourcing: If you already have contacts, a network, and a recruitment network in any industry, especially in senior-level recruitment, leadership recruitment, or expert recruitment, you can use that profile to introduce StrongBody's Digital Profile Shop.
• Guiding, Sending Job Descriptions, FAQs, and Instructions to Candidates to Open a Shop: Introduce StrongBody's Digital Profile Shop model. Clearly explain the benefits of joining the platform: Access to international clients, AI translation technology, and the opportunity to increase income ($500 - $7,000/month) for these professionals when they become freelancers and own their own digital personal shop.
• Closing the Partnership: Guide the professional to register an account, complete their profile, and activate their membership to start their business.
• Onboarding Support: We will work alongside the expert during the initial phase to help them understand the basic operating procedures (additional technical support will be provided by our support team).
