About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst – Sales Operations to join our growing team in Bangalore. This position is well suited for individuals who have prior experience in technical support or sales operations and are eager to optimize business processes, support internal teams, and contribute to operational excellence.

As an Analyst in Sales Operations, you will act as the first point of contact for internal users of sales tools and systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The role demands proactive problem-solving, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for sales tools and customer platforms, addressing user queries and technical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot system or process challenges, identifying root causes and escalating complex issues to appropriate technical or functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to streamline sales operations processes and ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation and provide periodic updates on issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
  • Proactively educate users on functionalities of sales tools and systems, helping to reduce recurring issues and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor system performance and user compliance, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to sales tools, workflows, and service delivery standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in technical support, sales operations, or a similar domain.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, order management platforms, or other sales tools is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
