Sunbury Motor Company is seeking an experienced sales manager for our Hyundai store. If you're a motivated leader with a proven track record of driving sales, developing talent, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the Hyundai sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Coach and develop sales consultants through training and performance management
• Oversee daily showroom operations and assist in closing deals
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Work closely with finance, service, and additional management to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
• Proven ability to increase sales volume and profitability
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership software is preferred
• Valid driver's license

Compensation:

• Newly hired managers will start with a base salary of $55,000
• In addition to your base salary, we also offer a monthly commission based on store performance

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 7 PM EST
• Saturday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
  • Note: All managers receive one full day off and one half day off during the week.
