We are a Facility Management Services company providing integrated solutions including housekeeping, manpower outsourcing, waste management, mechanized cleaning, security support, property maintenance, and other facility management services to Government.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
2. Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
3. Build relationships with government departments, corporations, educational institutions, hospitals, residential societies, and industrial establishments.
4. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
5. Participate in tender identification, bid preparation, and submission processes.
6. Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand service requirements.
7. Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
8. Coordinate with operations teams for seamless project mobilization and client onboarding.
9. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
10. Maintain a database of prospects, clients, and business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, Housekeeping, Security Services, Waste Management, or related sectors preferred.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), tendering processes, and procurement systems will be an advantage.
5. Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
6. Willingness to travel for business development activities.
