This role offers hands-on experience in developing engaging eLearning solutions while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and understand eLearning project needs
• Define clear learning objectives and course structures
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines
• Design and support development of interactive eLearning modules
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
• Ensure accuracy of task analysis, training requirements, and learning hierarchy
• Assist in evaluation planning and course effectiveness measurement
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs
• Support all phases of instructional design lifecycle

• Requirements

• Strong creativity and interest in instructional design and digital learning
• Basic understanding of learning theories and content structuring
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to understand technical and non-technical topics
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
