Responsibilities
- Implement and manage ServiceNow solutions specific to the telecom domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow modules (SOM-T, TSM, FSM) into existing processes
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on ServiceNow functionalities
- Monitor and report on system performance and key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, specifically in the telecom domain
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: SOM-T, TSM, and FSM
- Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with ITIL framework and best practices is preferred
