Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Assist in the retrieval and distribution of documents
- Ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures
- Perform regular audits of records for accuracy and completeness
- Support the team in document preparation and filing
- Assist with data entry and management of record databases
- Respond to inquiries regarding records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to improve records management processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with records management principles is a plus
