Job Opening: Estate Consultant – for Govt Client

  • Position: Estate Consultant - Government Client
  • Location: Delhi (Includes regular field/site visits)
  • Remuneration: ₹1,00,000/- per month (inclusive of statutory liabilities)
  • Contract: Initial 2 years (extendable by 1 year based on performance and project requirements)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive inventory and documentation of client estate assets; conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Carry out title due diligence, physical surveys, zoning/regulatory compliance checks, and statutory documentation.
  • Provide strategic estate advisory, including property development, monetization options, PPP models, and market assessment.
  • Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and financial viability analyses.
  • Support tendering, procurement, bid process management (EOIs, RFPs, BOQs), and compliance with GFR/CVC norms.
  • Coordinate with architects, construction agencies, technical consultants, and legal teams for execution and approvals.
  • Liaise with Central/State Government bodies, ULBs, NBCC, and cooperative sector stakeholders; support projects under schemes like RKVY, PMKSY, Bhandaran Yojana, and PMFME.
  • Oversee project monitoring, progress reviews, and reporting through MIS and dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Estate or Infrastructure Management, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Infrastructure Management, or MBA desirable. Law/Architecture qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in estate/infrastructure management, real estate consultancy, DPR preparation, tendering, and project execution.
  • Experience in Agri-infrastructure, Agri-processing, public sector, or cooperative projects is highly preferred.
  • Age: Not exceeding 50 years.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in drafting EOIs, RFPs, BOQs, and managing tender processes, including GeM/CPPP.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, PPP frameworks, EPC contracts, and estate monetization models.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and digital estate management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project planning abilities.
