Talent Connects is a leading HR technology and Consulting company, helping businesses streamline their hiring process with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We are expanding our sales team to drive growth in Nepal and beyond.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, pitch our ATS to potential clients, and close deals. This is a commission-based role, perfect for self-motivated individuals/students with strong sales skills and a passion for HR technology.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (recruitment agencies, HR teams, businesses hiring frequently).
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive long-term growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
