Talent 360 is now hiring HR Generalist to join us :

Job Scope     

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Responsible for Recruitment requests.
  • Responsible for employee relations tasks.
  • Assist in Organization Development tasks.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
     

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of Experience in the Human Recourses field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Previous experience in Recruitment is a must
  • Basic understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
     

Work Conditions: 

  • Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM OR from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Location: Cairo
