As a Cataract Surgeon at Talentspoc, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating cataracts, providing expert surgical care, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This role is essential in enhancing our patients' quality of life and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹150,000 - ₹220,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development in the healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Perform cataract surgeries using the latest techniques and technology
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations of patients
• Collaborate with ophthalmic staff to optimize patient care
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Participate in continuous medical education and training
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Completion of residency in ophthalmology
• Basic knowledge of cataract surgery techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) is preferred
