About the Role
Talpa Supermercados is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives across our growing network of stores. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and hands-on retail execution, with a passion for serving Hispanic communities.
What You’ll Do
- Create and support bilingual (English/Spanish) marketing content (social media, flyers, in-store signage)
- Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and engagement
- Coordinate store promotions, events, and cultural campaigns
- Manage billboard scheduling and advertising coordination
- Oversee in-store screens and ensure visual consistency across all locations
- Review marketing materials to ensure brand alignment and quality
- Coordinate donations and community engagement efforts (initial review/approval process)
- Manage POS (Point-of-Sale) materials and conduct store visits to ensure proper execution
- Support store tours and community group visits
- Assist with invoices, vendor coordination, and payment tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or retail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools
- Ability to travel between store locations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Hispanic/Latino markets
- Familiarity with social media analytics (Meta, Google Analytics)
- Retail or in-store marketing experience
