 🎯 Role Purpose:

 We are seeking a Senior / Team Leader Mechanical Site Engineer with strong experience in Testing & Balancing and related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, leading a team of engineers/technicians, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects to the highest standards.

 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise site teams in executing HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing activities.

· Ensure proper implementation of system validation procedures (HVAC, BMS, IAQ, Medical Gas, etc.).

· Oversee calibration, thermal mapping, and firefighting system testing at project sites.

· Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure compliance.

· Conduct site inspections, measurements, and performance checks for mechanical systems.

· Prepare and review technical reports, test results, and project documentation.

· Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines are met.

· Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers and technicians.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for project progress and handover.

 🧩 Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

· 4–9 years of hands-on experience in HVAC Testing & Balancing and system validation.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and site operations.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
