Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring compliance with GEM guidelines.
- Handle tenders, bids, and quotations on the portal efficiently and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, finance) for documentation and approvals.
- Track orders, payments, and disputes through the GEM portal and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate reports on sales, bids, and vendor performance for management review.
- Stay updated with GEM portal rules, policies, and new features.
- Train team members or support staff on GEM portal processes as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing GEM portal or e-procurement portals.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

- Lives 40-45 minutes from the office (preferably)
