Job Summary:
We are looking for 2 Telecallers with strong communication skills in Hindi and English to engage with potential customers, explain products/services, handle queries, and maintain proper call records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads/customers from the database
- Explain company products or services clearly in Hindi & English
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up on interested leads and maintain regular communication
- Maintain detailed call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and basic written)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
- Good listening, patience, and problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Experience in Telecalling / Tele-sales / Customer Service preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
