What You’ll Do:
- Manage and expand a live portfolio of accounts.
- Proactively engage new customers and uncover opportunities.
- Work closely with management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Build strong product knowledge to provide tailored solutions.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to strengthen accounts.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales and account management experience.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive on the phone.
- Committed, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Strong IT skills; quick to learn new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience selling care, office, or catering products is a plus.
- CRM experience is advantageous (e.g., ECI Horizon).
