We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Stock Controller / Admin Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, stock, and data to keep operations running smoothly.
📝 About the Role
As our Stock Controller / Admin Officer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels
- Picking and checking stock accurately
- Adjusting stock levels and investigating discrepancies
- Generating BOMs (Bills of Materials) using Excel
- Running Sage reports to track overdue incoming and outgoing orders
- Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related admin role
- Competent with Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, BOM creation)
- Familiarity with Sage (or similar systems) highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
