You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and maintaining our commitment to high-quality customer service. Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide step-by-step solutions for technical problems
• Assist users with network access and connectivity challenges
• Document and track issues in the help desk system
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
