Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Italian (C1)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide support in Italian (written & verbal).
  • Communicate in English when required for internal coordination.
  • Deliver timely and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in Italian (C1 level mandatory); average English acceptable.
  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.
  • Experience: Open for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Compensation & Benefits
