Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide support in Italian (written & verbal).
- Communicate in English when required for internal coordination.
- Deliver timely and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in Italian (C1 level mandatory); average English acceptable.
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.
- Experience: Open for both freshers and experienced candidates.
