Job Brief

The Caring Physio is expanding! We are looking for dedicated Community Physiotherapists to join our team in Cheltenham. We provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking a better work-life balance. With total diary autonomy, you can choose to work as little as 3 hours a week or up to 2 full days, fitting your professional passion around your personal life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Autonomous Case Management: Manage your own patient caseload across Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswold fringes.
  • Holistic Treatment: Deliver high-standard physiotherapy interventions tailored to the individual’s home environment.
  • Clinical Collaboration: While you'll work independently in the field, you will have the full support of our Home Physio Coordinator, Clinical Director, and a wider network of experienced therapists.
  • Professional Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records in line with CSP standards.

Skills & Requirements

To maintain our high standards of patient care, we are looking for candidates who meet the following:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of NHS experience (Post-rotation).
  • Credentials: Current HCPC registration and CSP membership.
  • Clinical Scope: Broad clinical skills covering community-centric areas, specifically Neurology, Orthopaedics, and Care of the Elderly.
  • Transport: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential for community travel).
  • Values: A compassionate, "patient-first" mindset. We want therapists who view patients as people, not just appointments on a schedule.

Why Join The Caring Physio?

  • Competitive Compensation: £41/hour plus mileage.
  • Ultimate Flexibility: You manage your own diary. No rigid shifts or mandatory weekend blocks.
  • Supportive Culture: Benefit from the collective knowledge of a team that specialises in complex community rehabilitation.

How to Apply: If you are a friendly, compassionate Physiotherapist looking to make a real difference in the Cheltenham community, we would love to hear from you.
