Job Title: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our market presence. As a Business Development Executive, you will represent our company in fostering new business relationships and identifying opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align services with market needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals that clearly address client needs and outline solutions.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
- Meet and exceed sales targets established by management.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client communications effectively.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
