Job Title: Steward / Team Member
Location: The Irish House (Bandra or Powai)

Job Summary:
The Steward / Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. The role involves assisting guests, handling orders, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience in a lively pub environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain items, and take food & beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained at all times
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per company policy
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Handle basic guest queries and escalate complaints when required
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hospitality background preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in restaurants, pubs, or hotels
- Good communication skills (basic English preferred)
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive personality
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a willingness to learn

Salary Range (India – Approx.):
- ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience & location)
