  Experience: 0–3 years (EdTech Sales Prefered)

  Qualification: Graduate Degree

  Salary Range: ₹7 LPA – ₹8.4 LPA

 

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales and a strong ability to understand customer needs, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  * Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.

  * Conduct consultative sales calls to understand learner needs.

  * Provide detailed counselling on Scaler’s programs and career paths.

  * Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and meet monthly sales targets.

  * Maintain high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured communication.

  * Manage CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.

  * Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

  * Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance discussions.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  * Good sales attitude with a proactive and achievement-driven approach.

  * Ability to understand customer motivations and pitch effectively.

  * Proven persuasion and negotiation abilities.

  * Discipline in follow-ups and pipeline management.

  * Familiarity with EdTech sales processes and student counselling.

  * Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure.

  * Basic proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

  * Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
