Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Offshore (US Sales Support)

Location: Remote (India)

Working Hours: 4 PM IST to 1 AM IST

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a fast-moving, President-led sales pipeline by ensuring timely follow-ups, clean pipeline tracking, strong call preparation, and accurate commercial document tracking (NDA/SOW). This is an execution-first sales coordination role, not a salesperson role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain the sales pipeline (CRM/spreadsheet): stages, next steps, owners, dates, risks, and follow-up cadence.
  • Execute client follow-ups on behalf of the President: draft/send emails, nudge for responses, and keep threads moving.
  • Schedule calls across time zones: calendar coordination, confirmations, reschedules, and agenda sharing.
  • Prepare for sales calls: compile context, prior notes, account background, questions, and action-item checklists.
  • Track and manage NDA / SOW progress: versions, approvals, signatures, and status reporting.
  • Maintain lightweight reporting: weekly pipeline summary, follow-up lists, and open action items.
  • Provide proactive operational support to remove friction from the President’s sales workflow. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in sales coordination / sales ops / executive assistance / client coordination (or similar execution + follow-up roles).
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong business email etiquette.
  • Highly detail-oriented: accurate tracking, reliable follow-through, and strong documentation habits.
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills; comfortable working directly with a US-based leader.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace/MS Office, calendars, video conferencing.
  • Ability to work consistently from 4 PM IST to 1 AM IST.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and task trackers (Jira/Asana/Trello).
  • Experience handling/completing workflows for NDA, MSA, SOW, proposals, or signature tools (DocuSign/PandaDoc).
  • Prior experience supporting US clients or working US business hours.
