TKO StaffPros LLC is currently seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team in Baldwyn, MS. This full-time, on-site position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and electronic manufacturing processes.

As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing equipment, minimizing downtime, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Your expertise will directly impact our production goals and help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance
