• Current Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Summer Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (adjusted due to heat)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Machine Operator (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who demonstrates leadership potential, strong attendance, and a desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Operate chain packing and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine output to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform basic adjustments and report mechanical issues
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assist with packing, staging, and workflow as needed
• Lead by example and support team productivity

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (must be able to communicate in English)
• Machine operator or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Demonstrated leadership skills or willingness to take initiative
• Desire for long-term growth and advancement
