TKO StaffPros LLC is actively seeking a Bilingual Quality Control professional to join our dedicated team in Memphis. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the quality of our staffing and recruiting services while working in a dynamic environment.

Pay: Up to $23.00/hr
Schedule: Flexible – 1st, Mid, or 2nd Shift (Based on Operational Needs)
Overtime: Required as needed, including occasional Saturday mornings

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits on staffing processes and procedures
• Review and analyze client feedback to improve service quality
• Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards
• Document and report quality control findings and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Assist in the development of quality control policies and procedures
• Act as a liaison between clients and the quality control team

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in quality control or a related field
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and another language
• Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
• Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus
