Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing facility. This role involves supporting various operational tasks to ensure smooth production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or warehouse environment, with a focus on assembly, material handling, and equipment operation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Heavy Lifting (50lbs throughtout the day)

● Operate mixing machine to create needed colors

● Operate pour machine, must observe weights of pour buckets

● Use hammer to seal lids onto buckets

● Lift bins, buckets, and pails that weigh up to 50 pounds

● Transport buckets and bins on dolly

● Stack tote bins and pallets

● Create labels to identify pails and colors

● Use SAP system to update inventory

● Sitdown forklift is required ( will be on Forklift 25% of day)

● Clean work area clean and free of debris

PPE

● Steel Toe Boots

● Safety Glasses (Provided)

Requirements

● Able to lift 50lbs ( continuously)

● Must be computer proficient

● Pass math test

● Understand clothing will get dirty (no shorts)

● Willing to work overtime if needed

Shift Time and Pay Rate

● 8:00am - 4:30pm

● $18.00 (first opportunity for pay raise after 90 days)
