Position Overview

The Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for growing our presence within an assigned territory by acquiring new business and managing existing customer relationships. This role combines hands-on field sales, customer demonstrations, and relationship-building with a strategic mindset to achieve measurable sales objectives.

You’ll represent our full product line of industrial chemicals, packaging, and manufacturing solutions, ensuring customers receive the highest quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, onsite visits, and networking.
  • Conduct in-person demonstrations and product training for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule territory development activities, including weekly travel (up to 100-mile radius).
  • Process orders, manage account receivables, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial, chemical, or Ready Mix/Concrete sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to develop accounts and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of managing a sales territory independently.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel within assigned region.
