Job Title: General Laborer / Helper
Location: Fulton, MS
Pay Rate: $15.49/hour (annual $1.00 raise every November)
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable General Laborer / Helper to assist with day-to-day operations. This role will focus on keeping the facility clean and supporting outdoor landscaping efforts. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work and working in outdoor conditions.

Duties Include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the facility and surrounding areas
• Performing landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas organized
• Following all safety guidelines and procedures
• Assisting with other general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Landscaping or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing manual labor
• Able to take direction and work well with a team

Benefits:

• Starting pay of $15.49/hour
• $1.00 pay increase every November
• Full-time, steady hours
