Machine Operator – Day & Night Shifts

Location: Baldwyn, MS
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Shift Options & Pay

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $13.00/hour
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $15.00/hour
• Must be able to work 10+ hour shifts and occasional overtime

Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for both day and night shifts at a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Baldwyn, MS. This is a clean, fast-paced production environment ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to work consistently.

All candidates will be required to complete a facility tour prior to starting to ensure the position and work environment are a good fit.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience (required)
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts and occasional overtime
• Excellent attendance is mandatory
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
