As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance activities, managing a team of maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
• Entry-level experience in maintenance or facilities management
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus
