Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $15.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $15.50/hr

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators in Baldwyn, MS. This position plays a key role in the production process by operating, maintaining, and monitoring machinery to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate production equipment according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and measurement skills required
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
