Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime up to 5:30 PM as needed)
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Lead to join a manufacturing team in Nettleton, MS. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on operational experience, particularly with AS/400 systems and RF scanning equipment, who is looking to grow into a supervisory position.

Candidates must complete an interview process prior to hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AS/400 systems for inventory control, production tracking, and reporting
• Operate and troubleshoot RF scanning equipment (RF guns)
• Support daily operations and help coordinate workflow across the team
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards
• Provide support, direction, and guidance to team members as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production requirements
• Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for advancement

Qualifications

• Experience with AS/400 systems (required)
• Hands-on experience with RF scanning equipment
• Manufacturing or warehouse background preferred
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to lead by example and develop into a leadership role
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
