Position Summary

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Assembly Workers in Tupelo, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling bi-fold and sliding closet doors in a manufacturing setting. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality work, can follow instructions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred

Required Skills & Abilities

• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Dependable with a consistent work ethic

Communication Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic communication skills for working with supervisors and coworkers

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automated assembly equipment
• Assemble closet doors according to company standards
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality expectations are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Assist with other tasks as needed
