Position: Production Associate

Pay: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $15.25/hr (Immediate openings)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $15.50/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team in Baldwyn, MS. In this role, you will support production operations by operating and maintaining equipment while ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that can become hot at times.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery based on production needs
• Monitor equipment during operation and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with minor repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders or basic schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
