As a Quality Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In this entry-level position, you will work closely with our quality assurance team to monitor processes, conduct inspections, and support initiatives that enhance service delivery. This role is essential in helping us achieve our goals of client satisfaction and operational excellence within the staffing sector. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12.00 to $14.40, along with a supportive work environment conducive to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting quality inspections on staff and processes
• Support the quality assurance team in maintaining standards
• Document and report findings to senior team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Help in training staff on quality procedures and standards

Requirements

• Associates degree required
