Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Tupelo, MS
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tupelo, MS. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in residential or apartment maintenance who takes pride in quality work and timely service. HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required.

Primary Duties:

• Handle general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
• Respond promptly to daily maintenance requests and occasional emergency issues
• Perform routine inspections and assist with preventive maintenance plans
• Maintain the exterior of the property, including minor structural repairs and basic landscaping upkeep
• Communicate effectively with property management and tenants to ensure maintenance concerns are properly addressed
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment organized and in good condition
• Document completed work and materials used accurately
• Follow all safety standards and comply with building regulations
• Assist with additional duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in property, apartment, or residential maintenance
• Solid work history with consistent employment
• Basic familiarity with HVAC systems (preferred but not required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely use ladders, power tools, and hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Shifts:

• 8-hour daytime shift (standard)
• Occasional 10-hour shifts as needed

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
